"Why do you think they don't teach kids cursive anymore? Democrats know the constitution is in cursive and if you can't read it you don't know when your rights are taken away. Obama had it all figured out and they all fell for it."
artists are ruining music journalism MTV News: The Good, the Bad, and the Contradictions of an Ill-Fated Experiment reminds me of when i wrote for AP certain staffers would pass on reviews for albums they didnt like because they didnt want to hurt relationships with labels and artists.
Its not surprising but still so wild. I just can't imagine being so fragile to throw a fit over criticisms and take it so personally, espesh when u have a job like that. God forbid in a sea of critical acclaim u get like one tepid review I swear a while back there was something with Taylor swift and a critic (not the Mean guy) and everyone was like "well she should be able to blacklist them if they didn't give her a good review" and I'm like okay yeah she's able but it's ridiculous af lol
Sometimes I feel like wanting to post stuff but decide not to because I don't feel like anyone cares. Everyone seems to interact with each other and be friends, but I feel ignored most of the time (I should be use to it by now). I kinda feel like the new kid that no one wants to talk to.
Sometimes it can feel intimidating cause everyone has their banter and inside jokes or knows each other outside the site and seems really close. I wouldn't sweat it tho! Just do ur thing and ppl will see how cool u are!
Last night my grandma threw a bday party for my nephew. His bday was in January lol. Mine is next month and I got nothing!!! It was ridiculous seeing all the happy bday cards and balloons. Like rly. Now he'll think he has two birthdays!
No she is just over the top and we live out of state so she missed his actual birthday and insisted on throwing him another lol
Relax by Frankie Goes To Hollywood came on and my gma screamed "THIS IS MY SONG!" And she made us sit in the car until it got to the part where it goes "hoowah!" Because it's her favorite part #GrandmaAnecdotes
I'm jealous of your grandma. but also I'm not seeing my grandma in a few weeks when my fam goes to Oregon for a week.
idk... it's always kinda been that way for me online. People just don't like me irl and online so no one talks to me or cares
LOL fuck my job. They are swamped with work and to get people to work on the holiday they act like they are offering some HUGE incentive. It's hard to see if it is good or not since we are paid a certain cent per line. It didn't seem like my pay was any different so far today so I compared it to last week's normal rate. The incentive is literally giving me a few cents extra per job. WOW GREAT BONUS. THANKS SO MUCH!!! I will make a whole $5 extra today. Gonna be rollin in the dough!!!
I'll be spending half of my day working and the other half probably playing switch with my cousins so that'll be nice.
I feel u. When i was younger I always wanted to be part of something online or irl with friends but I never really seemed to fit in as much or make that connection. I remember wondering what was wrong with me in college cause like nobody would sit near me or talk to me like omg do I smell?? Some ppl seem like such magnets who can effortlessly get ppl to gravitate towards them. Meh lol.
I usually break down about 8-9 pallets a day but today I'm breaking down like 14 and I might actually die at work.
Kong is the first tom hiddleston movie I've seen and I just dont buy him as this badass guy. I still need to see his birth certificate tho cause I'm certain he's like 45. Sidenote: Trump has ruined the number 45
