I've actually received this reaction before.

I wasn't allowed to growing up, but that movie was my dad and stepmom first date.

When I got older that movie just seemed like it'd be boring so I never watched it

 

I'll summarize:

1. There's a boat that people ride on.
2. 2 people like each other on the boat. They fortunately both ride on the boat.
3. The boat is supposed to be unsinkable because of course it is.
4. The people have sexual relations on the boat because that's what boats are made for.
5. The boat gets hit by an iceberg.
6. They try to evacuate the boat and Rose is able to find refuge on a wooden piece of furniture.
7. Jack tries to get on the furniture but Rose says "I'm not here to make friends" and piledrives him into the ocean.
8. Jack gets 2 free throws for the illegal piledriver, he misses both.
9. Rose signs with the Golden State Warriors.
10. Jack re-materializes at the bottom of the ocean, can now talk to fish.
11. Credits begin with "Executive Producer: Dick Wolf"

 

But really it's pretty good

 

Titanic is a movie that I can't watch cause I get so worked up. Same with cruel intentions. The ending is both amazing and so annoying at the same time!

 

I only saw Titanic once in theaters and never again

I saw it 3 times in theater alone. I was like 11.

 

Same here, Colb. I was at some girl's house in like 2001 and she suggested we watch a movie and I was like "what you got" and she was like "yo I got titanic" and I was like "aight" then she took out the titanic home video release and it was on two VHS tapes and I was like "hell nah" and I've never felt compelled to watch it or microwave it since

 

I frequently feel motivated to microwave VHS tapes

I didn't think Nielsen would actually send me $10 for doing a survey but they did and I'm excited.

 

Reading this kind of thing makes me wonder if I really was the lucky millionth website visitor all those times

I honestly don't know. One day I checked the mail and we got a Nielsen survey. I filled it out and boom today I got $10.
