If anyone remembers that week in May where I interviewed for three different jobs, I've officially not gotten any of them.

 

Anyone ever shipped something with media mail? I just sold a record and can't find how I buy the postage online. Do I just have to go to the Post Office to do it.

 

I had an interview on Monday after months and months of applying. Just received the rejection email in my inbox. I feel your pain.

 

I still get rejection emails from jobs I applied for. I've been working for now 5 months. The one that hurt the most was for this startup that I felt like I crushed and knew people they knew etc. They ended up hiring no of the 8 jobs they had posted and I stalked LinkedIn for awhile because you had to apply with a LinkedIn message. They finally hired someone for what I was going for that had like tons and tons of experience. Like senior level management at UPS and they were trying to tell Me they could only offer under market value. I'm still pissed about it. Plus it's frustrating to get told you're not good enough by a 22 year old kid who has no work experience.

 

If any of you guys grew up wrestling fans in the 90's/early 00's and wonder what the Hardy's are up to, you NEED to watch this. It is quite seriously the funniest thing to ever happen to professional wrestling.

the blink thread is the worst. dumbfounded at the amount of people disregarding dissenting opinions. suppose it was naive to think that would change much with the bigger bands.

 

I'm ignoring your opinion in this post because it isn't inline with my antiquated one.

Going into that Blink thread is weird.

 

Com Truise is perfect music for work.

 

Thankfully the Blink thread goes too fast for me to see the bad posts

 

I like the blink album a lot but I'm not bothering with that thread anymore

 

it absolutely dominates the recent activity page and i use that a bit.

 

Dang didn't realize that page existed seems creepy now haha

 

Maybe the friend feed would be more useful

 

prob. but recent activity is right there beside forums.

 

I've never once used either of the feed features. Not here or on AP.

 

blink is my favorite band and even I mostly stopped visiting the blink thread a month ago, it moves way too fast.

 

I just go to followed threads.
