I'm slightly offended tho cause I never flake out on ppl ever like I'm known as the weirdo reliable responsible one and nobody has contacted me to see what's up. I could be dead or pinned underneath my trash can and they'd never know!!

 

No one contacted me either! Hahaha I ended up caving and reaching out and discovering everyone was busy

I only had 2 offers. One was 4 hours away that I couldn't afford and the one I went to I graciously took a Guinness from the dude (who drinks Guiness when it's that hot? Not me), I was thinking the whole time about how I was going to get rid of this beer when dude is watching the adults like a hawk for some reason, and Views was on loop. It was terrible.

when i was younger i was baffled / very confused to learn that suicides/depression goes up during holidays, especially Christmas / Thanksgiving. oddly enough, when i was younger i "hated" my family and hated family get togethers, so you think i would understand it more when i was younger. but now that i'm older, always flying solo and going on three years in a city with no family or friends present, i totally get it and see how that stuff can happen.

 

Did you buy a ticket for Dallas already?

 

I did and there are still tons of tickets available including near me and I can get another tomorrow

 

Apparently there is a perfect view of the fireworks from my house. Maybe next year I'll stop being a loner and invite someone over to eat food and sit on my carport roof with me to watch them. Will prob continue being a loner tho lol.

I regret not seeing my nephew watch them tho. but my sister took him to see fireworks with her friends and I didn't wanna worm my way in there.
