Fuck off.

 

I like cleaning. Except dusting. Fuck dusting.

 

Idk i don't feel that hungry lately! Last night for dinner I had a bowl of cereal lol. I go through phases where I'll make attempts at cooking but rn i'm in a "I don't wanna put forth more effort than microwaving" phase ha

 

I've never dusted. I'd like to think it's because i'm allowing my immune system to just get stronger and stronger.

But really it's cause i'm lazy and don't even own a duster.

 

There were these kids trying to fly a kite in front of my house but they couldn't get it in the air. I went outside and did it for them. It started thundering and lightning so I said, jokingly, want me to get a key and attach it to the kite like Benjamin Franklin? They stared at me and said who is that? They're prob 12/13 and don't know who BF is? Shouldn't they know that by this age?

 

that's like, my favorite part of cleaning. vacuuming is alright too. it's bathrooms that i hate.

 

Yes, they should absolutely know who he is, haha.

 

it was my nickname in 1st grade (because my name is ben, and i guess 6 year olds aren't very clever), so yeah, i would think 12 years olds should def know who that is.

 

I usually clean all the time but my room is a disaster zone you can barely walk through. Rest of the house is better but not great. Usually I wipe things down and mop once a week or at least two weeks. I'm slacking.

 

Why bother cleaning it's just going to get dirty again

Bathrooms are easy! Dusting takes forever and a half.

 

Dirty houses gross me out too much to have that mindset lol. I'd much rather clean consistently than let it build up worse

 

I have a problem with dishes and laundry more than anything

 

I have to do laundry twice a week, don't get how people do it like once a month

 

hahaha my mom says "disaster zone" all the time and i've never heard anyone else say it

 

Disaster area and pigsty were common in my youth

 

The only chore I hate is putting away laundry ugggh I hate it so much. Also our dishwasher has been broken for at least 3 months now and the landlord still hasn't fixed it so hand washing dishes sucks too but it's still better than putting away laundry

 

My roommate texted me earlier asking if we had stuff like corn starch and baking soda and shit. Apparently she's trying to "not use as many chemicals" even with cleaning supplies. I think she lost her mind after her breakup. She's been doing weird diets and just seems super paranoid about stuff.

Maybe i'm just not paranoid enough, hahah

 

The key to dishes is washing them as soon as you finish.

I can't stand it when people put their dishes in the sink when the dishwasher is right there by the sink.
