I went ahead and bought my dream car the second I could (kinda) afford it. lol

 

This car talk has got me looking at new cars and my top two choices in their 2017 models get worse gas mileage than my janky 2005 Sentra. Get your shit together, science.

 

I bought a Civic last year and so happy to finally have a car where I don't have to worry about it breaking down every time I drive it and having AC and heat and power windows/locks. Plus sometimes I can get like 44 MPG.

 

Someone in the politics forum started an ISIS thread and I'm worried where it might go.

Henry said "dream car" so I immediately looked at Mustangs. And then I've been wanting something a tad bigger than my Sentra, and I like my dad's wife's Escape when I've driven it, so I checked out those as well. Not a very serious look, though a new car is probably the first thing on my list when I get a new job.

 

I don't think it is breaking any rules or anything. It is an important topic to discuss. I'm just not sure the way he worded some of the things in OP were very eloquent.

 

I loved my civic. So reliable.

 

The new GTs are awesome. It never hurts to start test driving early haha.

 

I'm still really unsure of what to look at once this car is paid for. I'm hoping Mini has an electric by that time. If not, I might start looking in that direction. Gotta be economic.

 

They put the 2017s on their website and they fixed a lot of the little things about the 2016 models that I didn't like. The mileage is just abysmal.

My favorite thing is every time I look at cars on the Ford website is that their online sales person calls my dad. Even though I never put in information or anything. It's uncanny. I get a text every few months, "Looking at Mustangs again?"

Yeah, as long as I live in the South, I need good gas mileage. My commute to the law firm was an hour each way. Thankfully, gas is cheaper down here. I figure I'll want/need a small SUV more than I'll need a Mustang... but if I have the chance, I'm not gonna deny my dream car to myself.

 

NJ had the cheapest gas statewide in the country but that is going to change because our legislative branch fucking suck

 

But I love my cheap gas that is pumped by someone else.

My friend is turning 30 next so they've planned a trip to baltimore to go to an O's game and shit. So now in order to not look like a shitty friend I have a to drive to baltimore, pay to go to a baseball game, pay for a hotel and then go out.

It's slightly more expensive, but I'd look at the bmw 2 series. I have a 2015 228i... gets good gas mileage and still has a low 5 second 0-60 time stock. Drives like a dream too. I'm getting a lot of work done to it this month... needless to say, I can't wait until it's all finished.
