I listened to one of those Babymetal songs you posted in here and I actually enjoyed the pop aspect of it not the metal.

 

I'm listening to Lead Singer Syndrome (Anthony Ranieri interview) and just learned that Silverstein opened for Avril Lavigne. Kinda makes me want to go back and listen to her first two albums.

 

I like Avril.

Yeah, the metal aspect is very derivative. There is nothing special about it at all. The dudes in the band are super talented and don't really get to showcase it outside of the live show.

 

Very intrigued though, need to check out more.

 

@ChaseTx Are you and Dustin near where those soldiers were killed by the flooding? Y'all be extra careful this footage is scary.

 

Leadership is awful for allowing them to drive in that shit.

 

That's down in central Texas. We've had a lot of rain for the last few days but fortunately not much flooding

 

That stuff happens a ton in NM & AZ. They have dips for water to run through during monsoons. For some reason, people risk driving through and their car gets taken away. Crazy stuff.

 

Getting out at 4 today. I'm so bored.

 

My really good friend was having the worst couple months of her life and since she's come out, mended some key relationships in the fall out of that and just got a new job and went from making 45-50k a year to 95k. So stoked for her. Good things happening to good people.

 

Wow she practically doubled her salary.

 

Dude sitting next to me in a meeting is breathing like Darth Vader. Kill me please.

 

Just dismiss the force as some outdated religion.

 

I almost wish i had taken a government job making like 250k but i couldn't do more govt work.

 

Yeah she texted me "I got a big raise" and I expected like 5 dollars an hour not tens of thousands of dollars a year. lol

 

I used to wonder why all our grocery stores are on the same block cause idk i thought they'd put each other out of business or something but I've grown to realize how convenient it is. Don't have what I want? Bam, I'll just go across the street!!

 

My dad got a promotion last year that doubled his salary. My largest raise thus far has been $1.00 an hour.

 

Wish I got offered a job paying that much. God damn.

 

For that salary I would have done anything asked of me.
