Also, I joined weight watchers last week and I've already lost 6 lbs! Portion control for the win!

I'm thinking about living in them! It's so hard for me to dress my body in a flattering way. I'm small but have a big chest for my frame and everything makes me look very wide unless I size down but then I feel insecure about stuff so tight, especially when it rides up my stomach all day

And omg congrats that's awesome! Portions are usually so huge. Conditioning ourselves to know what our portions should look like is half the battle tbh. I'm still working on that

 

The Santagati I'm thinking of wrote a book called the MANual or something? I haven't heard his name in years.

He thinks body positivity is an excuse for obesity. I saw him go after a woman who was trying to have mannequins of all shapes, sizes, colors put in stores. He believes every single word that comes out of his own mouth and that's fucking scary.

 

Yeah reading about him right now and he's horrifying. It sucks that humans like this exist.
