I only like iced coffee sometimes in the summer , prefer tea which is probably a good thing

 

I love iced coffee. There's a coffee shop a couple blocks from my place that makes the best dirty chai lattes too if I feel like indulging.

 

It used to be 30 drinks in a calendar year, but they just redid the program in April and made it monetary. All I know is I'm guaranteed Gold through May 2017 at the moment. Once you get Gold, you also have days with certain percentages off food, extra hours for Frap happy hour, birthday drinks, and every $75 you spend you get a free drink or something.

 

Could be worse. Bassnectar has had some bangers.

 

I always get coffee from one of the doctors lounges when I can get in there. It's so good and might be laced with cocaine judging by the energy boost I always get.

 

All I listen to at work is Babymetal and Perfume. lol

 

I'm craving a Flat White right now. Need to make that happen today!

 

What is that even?

 

I worked at Starbucks for close to 3 years. Their iced coffee is my life-force. I love local shops, and they make a better quality cup generally, but nothing can kick my heart up 700 volts like an iced coffee. It's the only drinkable thing on their menu, in my opinion.

Only bummer is that, if you sit in a Starbucks longer than 5 minutes, you'll smell like stale coffee for at least 2 days.

 

It's a drink with espresso (ristretto shots) and steamed milk, and it's amazing.

 

it's pretty similar to a latte. Think more espresso than milk/cream tho

edit: yeah that up there ^ lol

 

Idk why anyone sits in a Starbucks to work. Their WiFi is always spotty at best. And 95% of the drinks are ass juice imo

 

i'm in a starbucks to work so I can do my work and will be motivated to finish and get the hell out

also their iced green tea citrus latte's are pretty good

 

I don't drink coffee unless someone gives me a gift card. Or unless I'm gonna go on a long drive early in the morning which is silly cause I don't get an energy boost from it I think in my head I just feel like I'm supposed to do it cause it's what ppl do lol

 

Yeah we'd have people come set up shop for hours at a time. I don't get it. I understand needing to get out of the house for a bit, I do that when I'm working on photos. I just don't do it there, that's for sure.

 

Having to create goals for myself that don't fucking matter come review time seems incredibly pointless.

I just had to do my yearly self-evaluation. The topics are so general, and they make you write detailed paragraphs to justify how you'd rate yourself. It's such a strange process.

 

I have to do that for work, and it's weird. Of course I'm going to think I'm the greatest employee of all time with no flaws.

 

Its so stupid. Number one goal, get a new job.

 

Apparently last year was the first in 15 years that bonuses were given out. Guess I can't complain too much.

 

No way. I'll be able to work here full/part time and go to school full time. No way am I giving that up.

 

I should have just put "I am perfect, give me a raise" for every category.

 

I want a new job so bad.
