Sometimes I'll type out a post, realize I don't want to use it, then try to delete it before the draft saves. It's an exciting game that everyone can play.

 

I fail this game constantly. I sometimes forget I have a draft saved too. I usually notice unless I quote someone else and forget my draft is at the top so I'll post my reply with some random nonsense

 

Honest question, what would you do if the Browns won the Super Bowl? I've always wondered that.

but really that'd be a better question if it involved the Cavs or Tribe. Cleveland is, first and foremost, a football town, but football is far from my favorite sport and the Browns are a distant third behind our baseball and basketball teams for me. I would still die, though.

 

I hope the Cavs make it this year, I'd love to see that city win something after years and years of nothing. Funny enough, it's how I feel about the Cubs this season too.

 

It is so Cleveland that Lebron comes back just as Golden State turns into one of the best teams ever. I think we got a shot, though. Gosh, that would feel good.

I definitely enjoy the Cubs being so good now but this bitter Cleveland sports fan existence gets to me sometimes and I kinda don't want them to win because then the Indians become the MLB team with the longest championship drought.

 

If Cleveland ever wins a title I will be there to celebrate.

Everyone but Ripley are always so dumb in these movies like listen to the good sis already

 

I actually love that about Ripley. She's arguably one of the greatest heroines in film and to see her taking charge and being the smartest person in the room inside of a medium that routinely regulates women to be supporting characters/damsels in distress, that's just gravy.

 

That's why I like the 2nd one cause Hicks is like woo praise this intelligent goddess but all the other ppl are so dumb like get on her level please cause y'all aren't worthy

I had to memorize the first fourteen lines in middle English in college, haha. Worst/best assignment. I love the one (I think it's Wife of Bath?) where the bath tub is dropped on the guy.

 

Oh we read it in a full-on modern translation. Nobody has to google what "quim" means, the line just says "He reached his hand between her legs." Haha

 

I remember the writing feeling very dense. We also only read one story. I think it was The Bard's Tale? Can't recall.
