I can't, really. I feel nauseated. In fact, I can't eat anything acidic or spicy either. My diet is half of what it was 2 years ago. Otherwise I would be more sick now than I already feel on a daily basis heh

 

The person I used to go to moved to a different town. I was never crazy about her anyway. She dyed my hair once and she pulled and tugged on it so hard I literally had to stop myself from crying lol.

I did call and schedule an appt somewhere else tho! I asked my rm where she goes, and she goes to the place I was gonna call so I scheduled one for the both of us. I feel better now cause at least I can talk to my friend. I hate making small talk with hair ppl. We're bummed tho cause we wanted to get it done before we go to Vegas, but the soonest appointment was July

 

Duudddeeeee, have spicy mango salsa here! I'm gonna try to recreate the same thing. We have fresh trout though that my friend caught a coupla days ago.

 

Well let me backpedal a little bit since I came out of the gate strong with that. Crab would be the only thing seafood related that I would say that I like, not so much imitation crab though. I just never really liked fish or seafood, didn't really eat much of it growing up and what I did try, I didn't like. Oh and lobsters scare the crap out of me, damn demonic looking sea bugs.

 

Crab and lobster and crawfish are the best foods and I love them

But I respect people who choose not to eat it or can't eat it

 

Crab is great. Haven't had it in forever though. Lobster and shrimp go so well with steak. You're missin' out!

 

This reminds me, I'm actually getting my hair done with a new girl next week cause the one I used to go to left and she's back in school. She was the sweetest person EVER though so I miss her a lot.

 

I love my hairstylist. She knows I don't like to chit chat so we only speak every now and then.

 

Every time I read about your diet issues I always feel sad and the need to make you food you can eat.

 

YES. It also had pico on it, if you have that. And some sort of jalapeno ranch drizzle.

 

I'm jealous you liked your hair person! I've never gone to anyone I truly love, except my cousin but she's in Long Beach lol. I don't think a lot of ppl know what to do with thick hair, which kinda baffles me cause I can't have the thickest hair that they've dealt with. idk I'm still looking for ~the one haha, so hopefully this new place will be it.

 

I just went from six to midnight. That sounds incredible.

 

I hope and pray this new one doesn't ask me a bunch of personal questions and doesn't like, go on and on for ages. There's a guy in the same salon that doesn't. stop. talking. Like he stops working just to talk for five minutes. He did my mom's hair once and she was not pleased.

My barber is a friend from High School so it's always a good time.

Also the barber shop has a foosball table, which I don't play anymore because my record there is 0-7, so fuck that.

I hope I don't become a boring adult. I'm already boring but like boring as my mom and her friends lol. Crying about things the neighbors build in their yards and spending hours talking about flowers. My mom's friend was freaking out about something in the neighbor's yard and showed me a pic and I said "oh wow" and pretended like I saw it but I really didn't. Apparently he built an ugly shed in his front yard and she cried and complained to all these different ppl. I didn't even notice it. Pls don't let that become my life.

 

I'm going to be a boring adult. At the very least, the nerdiest adult.

 

All I can think about is the pilot of Party Down when the neighborhood is having an awards show for their neighborhood for some reason and the hosts win "best mailbox" and the husband is looking around like "Fuck everything about this" hahaha.

 

I hope I never tell a story that goes nowhere or care about gossip other than celeb gossip which is very important

I'm at the in between stage where I'm too boring to be young but too exciting to be old so I guess that means I'm a quarterlife/midlife crisis adult
