I still hear the beeping in my head right around the 2:00 mark when I hear songs from THPS in real life

 

Ocarina of Time is forever my favorite game soundtrack of all time.

Kezia was the religious one. Fortress has a song that opens with "Did you come here to kill, did you come here to die, did you really think the spaceships would come down from the sky" lol

 

I've always wanted to take these OoT beats this guy made and just rap all over them. Wait, can we embed Bandcamp links on here or no?

Oh but Fortress has a theme of goddess worship. Then there's also a song about Genghis Khan. Kezia tells a story about a woman being executed for adultery or something... The religious aspect of that is that three of the songs are told from the perspective of a priest

All four of their albums are good, although I didn't listen to their last one much. Kezia is best.

 

I think it was moreso that it isn't expressly about Christianity.

 

I should definitely revisit, looks like I've only listened to Fortress and Kezia

 

The song Elizabeth sings in Bioshock: Infinite is probably my favorite from any video game. Even though it's like a 100 year old hymn, it fit so well in that game.

 

Gameplay-wise the series was probably passing its peak by then, but Tony Hawk's Underground had a really strong soundtrack
