I'm watching videos of people destroying things with a hydraulic press, this is so much fun.

 

Without Madden '04, I would've never gotten into Thrice.

 

One of the NHL games on PlayStation 2 had The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows which was my first introduction to Brand New, they became my favorite band/found this site.

Little did I know that on this day in 2016 they'd release a mediocre radio pop-rock song.

 

I'm trying to not be too negative about it until the album's out but that song is the Vic Mensa single of the Brand New discography

 

I don't know how the hell I discovered them. I think I just picked up Identity Crisis by chance and fell so hard for them.

 

NHL 04, that's also what got me into Brand New.

 

One of my friends sent me Deadbolt over AIM hahahaha

 

It's so awful and I hold the person who RT's, @, whatever knowing how their fans are going to react. I'm already self conscious about my lips and someone said "Where's that bitches upper lip?" and it has stuck with me. It makes me laugh when people say everyone is so sensitive and to just ignore it. This happened a few years ago and I still think about the lip comment every so often.

 

I need to listen to that sometime today, it's been forever since I have.

NHL 03 had The Sweetness on it, that's how I got into JEW.

 

That's awful, I'm so sorry :/ That shit really is damaging and people don't realize the ramifications of letting you get insulted by mobs and mobs of people, it's miserable

 

Good to know you're only my step-brother. Never got into them/liked them.

 

Oh I almost forgot that Yellowcard was on that same Madden game as Thrice too, although I can't really say that I've been a fan of them past Ocean Avenue. I know, I'm a bad person.

The best soundtrack was NHL Hitz with Korn, Staind and Limp Bizkit on it

 

Only passingly care about JEW tbf

Damn JEW, with their guitars and Jim's sadness all over the place.

 

I love the Protest the Hero song in NHL. Their logic behind that record is so good. It was basically:

"We wrote an entire album with religious overtones and it annoyed people. Here is an album talking about aliens slaughtering people."

 

That show is truly one of the all time greats.

 

I couldn't get into it.
