But I mean they teach people to cut/style every race don't they? It stupid and a dumb preconceived notion.

 

I preferred having women cut my hair when it was long, and men now that it is short.

nah you're right. the only male hairstylist i know of doesn't even look at what he's doing half the time and won't stop talking. he did my mom's hair once. she was not impressed. XD

 

my girlfriend will only go to Arab women to get her eyebrows done. Says other women just don't know.

I really don't know but Arab women are pretty obsessed with keeping their eyebrows looking good.

Funny enough, the lady who does my mother's eyebrows regularly is Indian and she only trusts her.

 

one of the better barbers I've had was a man. But since I've been experimenting a little bit more with my hair (instead of cutting it short then growing it for six months) I've been trusting the guidance of lady stylists

 

it's tough having middle eastern eyebrows ok???

oh and the first ever person to do my eyebrows was an indian woman! man, that was like, a decade ago. i wonder what she's doing now.

I've cut my own hair for the past..... 16 years? Shit I'm old. My girlfriend cuts it now. I've had it professionally cut once in the 16 years and it was an absolute disaster.

My hair is easy and simple though, so I'm obviously the anomoly
