    I'm actually fine at 5'7 150. But I'm also trying to lose some fat and gain some muscle. I have 16% body fat and would like to get it down to a 12 then maybe a 10.

    I'm determined to do a pull up but even when I was at my most fit I still couldn't do one. So it probably isn't realistic.

    Pull ups are easy for me. But I spent about years to get there. Best bet is to use the assist machines or bands to build up muscle strength even if you don't have enough for your body weight.

    I played soccer for 10+ years. Then beer happened, and here I am. Not awful, but I just hit 30, so I figure I need to make some changes before I'm too far gone. Starting with portion control, which is stupid and I hate it.

    I lift things. I have a pretty good routine which I change up every few weeks.

    Nice. Most of the ones around me are so damn expensive. The closest one to me is $70/month for my wife and I, which I'm not really willing to pay.

    Woof.

    One by me is $20 a month. I used to go to one where I paid about $50 per month. Lotta big dudes went there which I liked. WWE Wrestlers would work out there when they came through.

    Ah, yeah I'd be totally willing to pay $20/month. We did the math and at $70/month, we'll be able to assemble a decent home gym if we put that money towards equipment. We already have some stuff and our basement is pretty big.

    I don't need to lose weight but I definitely need to lose body fat and gain muscle. But then I don't do anything to change that right now so

    My complex has a "gym", if that's what you can call it. I just have no clue what I'm doing on weights yet, so I'm going to stick with a cardio routine for now just to get me consistent and moving. Then I'll move into getting my swol on.

    My body has barely changed in the last 6 years. Even when I lose weight I look the same size as me at my heaviest. I'm also way heavier than I look.
     
  23. Yup, same. I would love having more muscle but I'm satisfied enough with my body that I don't bother doing anything, which I guess isn't great.

    If I stopped drinking soda for breakfast, lunch and dinner I would lose a lot of weight.
