This is my 1st painting. I gave it to my dad for Father's Day and he loved it. My mom wouldn't let him hang it anywhere so it's on his nightstand. I don't know what it is or what I was trying to make but it's a one of a kind Erin masterpiece. Who'll start the bidding?

That's what floored me, my friends are paying twenty bucks and over for some of of these.

Ooph damn, that's one of the rougher ones I've heard hah. They say all is fair in love and war but that's just bad manners right there.

 

it's cheaper than therapy!! plus you can't drink wine while you're at therapy but you CAN drink wine while you adult colour

 

My friend was so excited when she found a Golden Girls coloring book on Etsy. I think it was right up there with the birth of her son.

 

The Golden Girls are my favorite thing ever. Was the artist Mike Denison? I know he started a Kickstarter so he could publish a coloring book.

 

Haha solid point.

 

There's an adult coloring book where you can color elaborate pictures of cuss words in huge typography. I want that one.

 

I've decided to become super positive about everything. It's going well so far.

 

That's the spirit.

 

I love adult coloring books. My wife and I each have a few and sometimes we color while watching TV or something. It's fantastic.

 

I'm terrible at drawing and coloring. I remember arguing with a teacher in kindergarten because she wanted us to color in the lines. We were cutting it out anyway so I told her there was no point. She took that punch and let me do what I wanted.

The small victories.

 

I was always more of a connect-the-dots kinda guy.

 

I know it's not the Mike Denison one because she's still anxiously waiting for it. I think it's just a random fan-made one, there's crosswords and other activities in the book, too.

And I love the Golden Girls, too! The amount of time we spend talking about that show is almost embarassing.

 

I really didn't appreciate them until I got older. I can watch reruns all day.

 

I decided to try to be more thankful starting today (and just made a thread about it, haha), so seeing this made me smile. Definitely something I'm still learning and working on, too.

 

I've been sleeping terrible for a week, so I took some Nyquil last night and I feel like an entirely new human after sleeping for ten hours. And this coffee is on point. It's the little things.

 

None of that stuff does anything for me. I take Benadryl during the day bc it's the only thing that helps with my allergies and it doesn't make me tired.

 

I have to take NyQuil to sleep more than 3-4 hours now.

 

Oh man, Benadryl is the only allergy medicine that works for me (and I feel like I've tried them all at this point), but it totally knocks me out. Makes allergy season even ten times worse for me because I either have to sleep or plow through the allergies to keep going. Nyquil doesn't ever help with my symptoms, but it always helps me sleep.

 

Have you tried Zzzquil? I used it over a four day weekend when a bunch of us were in a wedding and having to split a hotel/sleep on uncomfortable pull out beds and whatnot. I thought it worked pretty well.

 

benadryl destroys me, i take one and then pass out for like 10 hours. i usually take one before long plane rides.

 

That's what everyone says and I'm like nope.
