Those things scare me!

 

Mainstream EDM fans are the worst thing about EDM.

Oh yeah, I love Pretty Lights.

 

I've been to a few EDM sets. Its alright. The music if not for me so I would never go to EDC, EZoo, etc, all those other festivals some of my friends have raged about.

 

Do I want to listen to Lorde again today?

 

Why do you say that? Do you just find them annoying or something specific?

 

It seems like 50% of girls on Tinder have been to Burning Man. lol

 

If you asked her she'd probably say yes, and imo if she's telling you to listen to her I would probably do it.

 

I wish she'd put out a new album already.

 

I do associate EDM with bros and this one guy I'm friends with whose snapchat I always skip over.

 

I feel like it has to be coming this year. Hmmm. I can't wait.

 

Their passion just seems misplaced to me. I know I'm generalizing, but the number of people you hear about that go down at those shows for drug related dehydration is just scary. It's weird how that scene is so fixated on those things.

 

Can't wait for new araabMUZIK in a couple months.

 

I don't think we've seen Lorde in public that much at all this past year or so. Maybe she's been holed up somewhere writing and recording the whole time.

She can really do no wrong in my eyes. i love her.

 

Or years. Who knows.

 

she's the greatest, even better live too. everything associated with the epoch and that scene is perfect

 

Sounds like a form of escapism to me, which is understandable. I believe most folks here could say that about their interests. At least a little.

 

I hope I can catch her live before too long. She seems like a wonderful performer based on the Audiotree/NPR/etc sessions and stuff like that.

just adds so much more energy to the performance, love it a ton. that show with alex g and girlpool last year (though i left before girlpool) was great
bummed i missed the mitski/elvis depressedly tour with her though

 

I haven't listened to Lorde in awhile. But I just started a Copeland binge, so there's pretty much no way I'll break out of it before I listen to the entire discography.

 

Gaming is what curbed my depression. Since I got my 360 3 years ago , the only time I ever felt depressed for more than a month was post break up. Other than that, I've been tons better. The relief games give me is my medicine and my therapy. Playing at least an hour every day is massive stress relief for me. I just love the enjoyment it brings. So I completely relate.

 

I'm absolutely beyond excited for the Bioshock remasters coming to PS4 soon. They should be announcing them at E3 if all the rumors are accurate.

 

Saw the Used reunion show for In Love and Death last night. Honestly one of the best shows I've ever seen, Burt was amazing.
