That's crazy. Hope everything works out for them in the long run.

Yeah they are heavily insured but they lost a ton of material stuff and then most importantly, they had just digitized all their pictures and had them on a laptop. That was upstairs and got destroyed. I lived there for like 6 months when I worked up there and they had just bought the house. Helped do some early reno stuff. Sad to see it burned up. But yeah glad they're all safe and that they're financially well off so it doesn't ruin them.

I was asked to go work at a library where I witnessed a shooting. Really reluctant to say I'll go back.

 

We just started using an instant messaging program at my work recently and we all basically just use it to talk shit on clients that act foolish.

 

We have an IM system at my work and nobody uses it.

 

People IM me when they should be talking to my boss. Please don't circumvent the system. there are no shortcuts to talk to me.

I kinda wish we could just have screen names and IM each other.

My friend constantly got banned because his sn was suckonmypenis

 

I got kicked out of my school's IT suite once because someone noticed that I was logged onto Neopets as johnnyloveshandjobs

 

See, I just put shit like that as my passwords.

 

People constantly IM at work trying to get me to fix their stuff, instead of calling in tickets.

I'm "away" a lot.

 

Got given out to for talking shit on IM yesterday lol. No fucks given.

Whoooooa..I would be livid! 5 months? I've never encountered any show being rescheduled that far away but I guess it's bc she's Beyoncé.

 

I wish we had IM instead of interdepartmental email. I never check it so people end up having to call me.
