Let's be real though, I think the future will be more like Idiocracy.

 

...I'm going to go have a nightmare now.

 

The first day of school was today. That definitely happened.

 

Third week just started here

 

Starting week two, might have to do actual work this week

 

I'm genuinely thankful that my bus route to work is no longer on a line that contains schools.

I've never been on a legit train before.

 

Those damn illegitimate trains

 

I hadn't until I was going to NY with someone whose back made the bus impossible.

It was like a whole new world.

 

Amtrak is definitely more pleasant than greyhound

 

I love trains, both legit and illegitimate.

 

I feel like there are "train people" just living in their own little world.

It just sucks that it's so expensive. When we go back this December, just by driving instead of taking the train, it'll pay for a hotel room plus. Haha

 

I want to take the cross country train ride thing. My fear is that the train would smell/be uncomfortable/suck, though.

 

I took a train once. There was a murder on the train. But it was also one of those mystery murder trains.

 

I rode on an Amtrak from Salt Lake to Fresno, CA and our trip there wasn't bad, but the trip back to SLC took 24 hours, there's nothing to do, and the food was double the price it should have been...don't remember the delay reasons, but i'll never ride a train again.

 

If we can go through an extravagant automatic carwash, why can't we go through a similar experience for pumping gas?

 

Summer colds are the WORST. Just like clockwork, the little nose pickers go back to school to incubate and spread their germs.

I am also cutting some very strong onions right now

 

In other news first day of work was great (but it always is) but that feels much less important right now because I'm still a wreck
