Listening to Turn on the Bright Lights for the first time and not so into it thusfar.

 

not realizing you have to poop until you're already in the shower <<<

 

I wasn't very into it when I first listened either. I think I'm more of a casual "I like a few songs" Interpol fan.

 

Nothing quite like waking up bright and early to find a (baby?) giant centipede in your bathroom.

 

How did you handle this situation?

 

Walked in and saw one of our cats lying alert on the bathroom floor, which isn't normal. Every time he does that it usually means there's trouble afoot. Moved the hamper and didn't see anything, then I picked up the rug and saw the centipede clinging to the bottom of it. Held the rug over the toilet and watched it dive.

It was a small one - maybe 3in. I'm not even sure if that qualifies as a giant centipede but I Googled and didn't see any other types of species. They're still one of the top 5 worst creatures I've had the displeasure of seeing in person.

edit: So the little thing just wanted a hug?! Aw, man, getting flushed is so much worse.

I have a problem. I bought this for my sister's puppy but it's too big for him right now so..



Now I just bought these for him with an Amazon gift card I forgot I had.

I'm stretched really thin financially and I shouldn't have used that gift card on something so frivolous lol
