this doesn't apply to y'all but I feel like dissing celeb gossip is usually one of the many ways men find to find women feel bad about themselves and feel dumb and vapid, I can't quite explain why celeb gossip fascinates me but it does

I had to deal with awful gamers everyday on smite that it made me turn my account private. People take games way to serious.

uggh this is why I gave up my twitter. It kept getting hacked and @lightning13 helped me fix it and I changed my password to twitter and email and it kept happening. it was the only site that happened on and that was my one attempt into social media and I finally just gave it up once twitter finally shut it down for being hacked

a twitter account I made ages ago got locked yesterday from someone trying to get in. so weird.

 

I've used the same password but different variations for years and never cared at all.

@lightning13 made me realize I should probably start caring about that so I changed all my passwords. This thread is now a praise lightning thread.

sounds like you have a keylogger on your computer.

 

malwarebytes is one of the best anti-virus/malware imo.

 

everyone should use a password manager. all of my passwords are like 100 characters long, with lowercase/uppercase/numbers/symbols. don't have to memorize any of them because the password manager does it for me. basically impossible for any of your accounts to get hacked.

 

malwarebytes + windows defender is a pretty good combo.

Even something as simple as browsing active processes can be a good way to scope out suspicious activity.

 

It does but I think it's weird that's the only site it (noticeably) did that to. Like why hack my twitter to post weird tweets in different languages and not like... my bank account or another site where I have cc info stored? idk. I don't get any of it I'm like an old lady with tech stuff it is my shame
