So here is a fun story for everyone:

last night my boyfriend Ben and i found the stray cat that had visited him the night before when i was not home. she is clearly a housecat and was incredibly trusting, jumped into my lap while i sat on the steps etc. it was raining and she has some sore looking spots and we couldn't just leave her outside to the elements. so we went to meijer and bought a litter box and a bunch of cat food at 4 in the goddamn morning. we're taking her to the humane society today to see if she's chipped or if someone is missing her. if not, i guess we're going to keep her. she's so sweet and seems maybe old. right now she's chillin behind the couch. i am a giant ass sap and will end up having 50 pets one day because of situations like this.

i think she is old. she has runny eyes. def need to get her to a vet ASAP to make sure everything's kosher.

 

I gotta admit, I'm already pretty overwhelmed with the traffic and active threads. I can do this though, I can!

 

The time where we were able to keep up with everything is over. Twas a good month.

 

My girlfriend is worried because her cat is being extremely lethargic and moody, and possibly not eating his food. It sucks too, because she'll be gone for almost a week and unable to take him to the vet

 

Beer thread took off and I really excited about that.

 

what's the situation? have you guys changed anything in the apartment recently? cats are super moody in general so it might not be anything particularly serious. if the cat starts hiding and refusing to come near you guys, then i would worry. they get really secretive when they know they're sick or are in pain.

 

Because I'm a mom, I just want to quickly remind everyone:
We're not here to talk trash about former AP users or even current users that may or may not have moved over to Chorus. I'm guilty of it as well, not trying to point fingers. But please let's remember that Chorus is a more inclusive, welcoming place. No one should click on a thread and see a page of posts making fun of another person (on Chorus or not) for any reasons. Keep it cute, y'all.
