Crossfade is the best band in that genre solely because one guy in the band only contributes by saying "Never meant to be so cold" and gets to be listed as a vocalist and that is what the American Dream is all about.

I know I've shared my love for that song with you before but every time I think about it it's still just as funny.

I once made my girlfriend a mix CD with Cold as track 1 just so it'd start with "LOOOOKING BACK AT MEEEEE"

 

I always got So Cold by Breaking Benjamin and Cold by Crossfade confused/mixed up.

I was aware of the site around like 2006. I remember writing an I-Empire review because I didn't like the staff review, but my writeup was a pretty terrible Tom DeLonge fanboy screed and it rightfully wasn't published. I would hate to look back now at whatever I wrote about what a masterpiece I thought that album was. I started posting when the blink-182 reunion news started hitting.

 

Charmander is the right choice. Just catch a Magikarp, leave it with the babysitter in Cerulean City, put in some legwork and there's your Gyrados.

I think my RB era team was Charizard (switched for Arcanine later) Poliwrath Electabuzz Gengar Muk Dragonite. Can't remember too well but most of those sound right.

Charmander is the greatest choice though you're right. He makes you earn it.

Charizard, Pidgeot, Gyrados, and Jolteon for me. Was never a fan of carrying 6 pokemon.

Putting together bocce teams at work for the spring. I kinda feel like an asshole putting together a team of seasoned vets. lol

There are about thirty teams. My group is full of entry level guys. We play against guys who have all been playing against each other since the eighties.

 

realizing lately how overkill it is to have all 6 spots filled

 

I've had clutch wins with only a #6 left so I enjoy it but definitely isn't for everyone and I understand why it'd be overkill for people
