There was still like 4 feet of snow on the ground at this time last year. It took forever to go away. I'll take this winter over that any day of the week.

 

I didn't say I wanted a blizzard or that I'd like to deal with snow. Cooler temp weather is all I would have liked.

 

I just want the cold to freeze out the wasps

 

I actually really miss Afghanistan winter. It was comparable to maybe a Maryland winter. I wore shorts almost the entire time out there, and I think we got a foot of snow twice.

 

I guess I'm half right on that. I forgot when I was on the northern border, we got three feet of snow and I was stuck at a place for three weeks without a towel. lol

 

This is from last winter. The snow drifts were so bad that by the time I got out side, the snow was up to my belly button and my car was totally covered. Took me 4 hours to shovel my car out.

 

This might be a stupid question but does water not end up getting into your engine and stuff after it melts and do damage?

 

It can. The entire bottom of my grandmothers car rusted out from stuff like that. It was really sad that the places kept replacing stuff on her car rather than tell her she needed a new car. I was driving it and the axel snapped in half.

 

I am awake.

 

This is why I spent 4 hours getting the snow off my car.

 

I'd rather be asleep still than at work.

 

Is my desert boot returnable if I put it in the washing machine?

I wish they had this in my size. Little kids always get the fun colors.

 

Took my daughter to an Easter egg hunt this morning and now we're heading to an SPD parade. Sadly it's a chilly 59 here today.. and only 48 now
