Don't talk about food. EZpass took my remaining money for the week over night and I didn't bring lunch today because I was going to get takeout. But now I'm going to starve.

 

wtf is ezpass?

 

Basically a fast pass thing for tolls in the Northeast. You put it on your visor and you drive through and it scans to pay tolls for you

 

Also, I found a thing of easy mac hidden away in my desk. I will not starve now.

 

I wasted lunch hour shopping for movies in order to use a coupon that turned out to be expired

 

We have EZ Tags in Texas. They stick to the windshield.

 

They have them down here, too. Random: I'm always excited when someone is riding with me and I get to use the carpool lane.

 

I avoid tolls like the plague. I did just get a Toll Tag though, on account of the mountain of toll bills my parents had

 

I thought it was a food thing.

 

I pay $80 a month for EZpass. It's insane. I haven't been using it, but you need to go a certain amount of time without it before they take it down. Ugh.

 

It's a recurring charge?! Here is just prepaying for the tolls you actually use

 

I spend about $40 a day on tolls blah

 

How do you do that

I only use it on the weekends If I decided to drive out to Worcester. I am only a straight shot down 128 to work so I don't have to use tolls Monday-Friday.

 

no tolls for me. i could but it wouldn't be worth it

 

I have auto replenish on my EZpass. When you get to a low balance of $10 (or below depending on how much the last toll was) It will take how much ever money to bring you back up to $20.

 

The Garden State Parkway is right by me and so tempting. If I'm driving for over a half hour north or south it's tolls for me.

 

I live in Rockwall and work in Coppell which means GWB the whole way, then I go to school at 635/Greenville which means 635 Express the whole way, then GWB home from there. If I go to the studio from work it's GWB all the way instead of 635E so a bit cheaper but those distances add up with how frequent they have the readers.

 

I was doing something like $7 a day on the parkway and another $50 in gas each week. Shit was whack.

 

Ah ok. My parents live in Sachse so the fast way is to take Bush, but it still takes less than an hour if I avoid it

 

That sounds amazing hahaha. When I was living in Denton it was so bad using Bush was required.
