sounds super cliché but i find the best thing to do on a phone interview is smile. confident body language goes a long way to making yourself sound confident.

Do it. I like to set up like I'm in an in person interview, put something on your wall and pretend they're the eyes of your interviewer and engage them. Sounds weird but it works.
