I will listen to the last 6 future releases (I've only heard Purple Reign and DS2 so far) if you listen to Hamilton.

Also it's supposed to be at least a decent amount corny. It's a hip-hop influenced biography of Alexander Hamilton. There is an inherent cheesiness to that concept. I think it holds up well though.

My only question is why use ketchup when you can use something, say, better than ketchup

no i was trying to be as literal as possible, its something i think about all the time. ive talked about it three times in the last month
you not listening to future is your own loss, bub

i know it is but that doesn't make me wanna listen to it anymore. seems weird and strange and kinda leaves the same taste in my mouth as white people talking about macklemore.

there's a place here in knoxville (and i've been told it's a texas chain) called Chuy's that has "creamy jalapeno sauce" and i'm pretty sure it's just ranch with chopped up jalapenos and it makes all the mexican food taste even more perfect. i like to drizzle it on nachos with salsa and guac already spread.

because mixing ranch and sweet baby rays to dip anything ever fried is life. and ketchup is better on hotdogs for me.

I have a question for anyone who can answer: I recently unfriended someone on Facebook... a friend who turned out to be a giant asshole essentially. My question is: when I first unfriended this person, they disappeared from my "frequently contacted" messaging sidebar completely, but have since reappeared within the last day. Is this an indication that they're stalking my profile and need to be blocked, or is it a Facebook glitch? I've heard mixed things.

I definitely get where you're coming from on the second part. The reaction to a lot of is very similar to the general public's reaction to Macklemore in a lot of ways, true, which is regrettable.

And I know you talked earlier about how it was weird that all these people of color are playing people who were slavers, but I feel the reason it works is because Hamilton was so staunchly abolitionist during his lifetime and his best frien was John Laurens who was probably the most well-known abolitionist of the Revolutionary-era. So combine the fact that he would probably be pleased to see these parts played by anyone regardless of skin color with the fact that Hamilton was incredibly verbose and braggadocious in a similar way to a lot of 90s hip-hop MCs. The musical style makes a lot of sense to me.

That's interesting. I hadn't considered mixing ranch and BBQ sauce together. Gotta try that next time I have a BBQ

That's really cool. I had thought about applying for the CDC in Atlanta but talked myself out of it. The smartest people in the world work there so I didn't stand a chance and it's so dangerous if you're actually working with the virus'. A friend of mine is doing contract work there temporarily so she's been bragging and telling me all about it.

The crazy thing about finding the full blown aids is that I was testing for antibodies to make sure that the patient that was getting the blood transfusion's body wouldn't reject it and that's when I found it. It was in the blood from a blood drive! I was shocked that they missed it but it's one of the reasons we test it again.
