Yeah I figure I'll take suggestions from people for future ones and if I don't know them well enough to make the post I'll get input and help.

 

Trying to make it as low stress for everyone but me as possible, so it will actually happen. If there are artists you want us to do once we're rolling, send them my way and I'll work them in, etc.

 

This thread moves so fast.

Fightstar is the band I've seen the most, seen them over 20 times.

I like album threads and artist threads.

Brink is great.

 

I miss skateboarding. I was never very good but it's a lot of fun dicking around.

 

Hmm. I want to do this but I don't think everyone knows just how slowly I listen to albums, let alone 3.

 

So you could just peruse a couple songs from an artist that week. Or one album. Whatever works for you.

The whole point is to get everyone engaged with that artist for a week, to whatever their degree is. Hopefully some people will really dig in, but not necessarily required.

To be clear, I'm definitely thinking older artists. None of us really need too much help listening to recent shit.

I think they both come with a different set of risks, @AelNire, but my personal preference would be General (or even in Prestigious).

Would say prestigious myself but that is cutting off any non prestigious members. General would be my choice of public forums.

 

Now this is one I'd have to send some PMs to prep the post for. Haha

 

Prestigious for less chance of trolling, General for easy accessibility. Not taking a stance either way tho

 

No disclaimers allowed. No band will be offered up as a "guilty pleasure". At least not from the get-go. That's for you to decide when you listen to them. But I'll always have us going in sincere.
