HOLY SHIT this went through my head when I saw that post and I was like where is that from haha

 

I don't like eating a lot early in the morning and any sweet breakfast food is basically dessert and I'd rather just have dessert

 

I can't eat sweeter foods for breakfast it like ruins my entire day lol

 

That's why you eat them drunk at a diner at 3am

 

Sweet breakfast food is a plot by the 1% to use additional sugar rushes to justify increased workloads for employees

 

but the beauty of breakfast food is you can literally have it at any time of day

 

My wife and I say this every time we make eggs for breakfast lol

 

Running round the house with a pancake in my mouth.

 

Yeah it makes me feel gross sometimes

 

Savory brekkie > Sweet brekkie for sure though if I had to choose, not a contest

 

catch me puttin trader joes 'everything but the bagel' seasoning in my eggs

 

My mom says that all the time being a NYer lol we've lived in Colorado for 20 years and she still complains there's no real diners here

Anytime I go to get breakfast and eat only something savory I always regret it so I just need to resign myself to the fact that I need that side of pancakes

 

I love some fresh fruit with my savory breakfast or some fresh squeezed OJ. Just a little sweetness with a lot of salt and strong coffee.

 

I know this is irrelevant but I want some crab

 

same. lobster would be acceptable too.

I missed diners so much when I lived in NC. We had Waffle House which I love but it's not quite the same.

My sister took me to a great breakfast place when she lived in Snowmass though.
