Yeah which I'm not sure where the issue starts, is it casting or the writers room? Idk.

But yeah I definitely don't think The Good Doctor is malicious in their depiction, I know they're trying to show ways autism and being on the spectrum can be frustrating while also showing the beauty of it, I just see it and I'm annoyed haha

When I hear you all talk about listening to multiple albums the day they drop I get the same feeling of wondering how people find the time that others have expressed about me watching shows and movies.

 

Yeah I think a lot of portrayals are doomed from the original pitch.

 

Sitting at a desk in an office 40 hours a week helps. What else is there to do lol, certainly not work?

 

This is definitely a "new year new me" situation where I listen to all these albums in January saying I'ma do better at keeping up and then completely fall off the map the rest of the year

Yeah that makes sense, I’m just surprised so many people can listen to uninterrupted albums while working. Although the fact that my job requires my ears takes me out of that equation a lot so that also explains why I can’t relate. Lol.

 

I usually throw them on while I'm working, so I have like at least 8 hours on Fridays to check out new releases. I can listen to music in my office without having to worry about disturbing other people.

 

Also switching to Spotify means I can play music through my PS4 while I play FFXIV and stuff meaning I can get WAY more caught up
