This Poppy album sure is something huh @Jake W

 

I'm all for artists trying to blend genres together but on this album it comes across as really forced to me. Definitely works the best on the title track imo

Is Kesha not putting her album on spotify

 

I don't expect people to like Poppy that's why I never tell people to listen to her lol

 

It's not out until the 31st

If I ever had the desire to listen to this style I'd just listen to Babymetal lol

the album kinda sounds like ass to me but people seem to like it

 

Oh weird the new Albums in stores thread said it was out today

 

Guessing it was supposed to be today at one point

 

I only listen to the first song

 

The most positive thing I can say about the Poppy album is it's not the worst album I've heard today

The beach slang album was boring af

 

only a few of her recent songs have that metal infusion

 

But it IS the worst album by a poppy you’ve heard

 

Nah the Choke EP was worse

 

I’m drunk and I hate myself I’m with my gf but I’m so anxious about my shit haircut I can’t enjoy myself like she looks incredible and I’m an embarrassment

 

Poppy thread loves the album as much as me so im a happy boy

 

Yeah but despite finding the mix of sounds forced they were still the more interesting songs lol

 

I'm sorry old man I'll let you enjoy your poppy album now

 

I just dont go out of my way to let people know I dont enjoy their favorite artist
