It’s in GTA V. A cult that’s based on Scientology and taking the piss out of it. You can join them but it requires ridiculous tasks and with each task it gets more ridiculous and requires you to pay tens of thousands of dollars. The last task is like a donation of a million to get your official Episolon garments and to run around an airfield for like a genuine real life hour. They even have a real website for it

Oh here's one
We had some issues with our milk deliveries this week, and yesterday a woman stops me and says "they said the milk will be here in an hour so I'm going to leave my cart there" (points across the store lol). I told her I'd just put it in the back so it wouldn't all get restocked and she says "thank you Silas" and leaves.

She came back when I was on my lunch and *remembered my name* when she saw me (even without a name tag or uniform on). She was with two women who looked like her sisters, and when I got the cart they all said "thank you Silas!" almost in unison. Like I'd done the greatest thing...and sometimes I really like that low bar lololol

 

I'm glad this turned out to be a happy story

 

Dang I'm watching a show called Prison Wives and I googled the first couple and uhhh he died of meth toxicity when the balloons of meth his gf smuggled in burst in his stomach. His gf who was definitely not the woman he was married to in the ep I watched...so that's an update yup

I’m in my car literally speaking out loud to nobody to pretend I’m on the phone because I need to leave on time to catch a train and I knowwww the teachers will want me to stay for a teacher’s meeting. I’d stay but I can’t and it’s impossible to quietly leave a room respectfully full of 40 teachers with a 30 year old rotten and squeaky sliding door. Plus I don’t know a bloody thing anybody is saying and they wouldn’t understand my explanation anyway lol. This is so awkward
