I noped out of Euphoria like ten minutes into episode two. Really didn’t like anything they were going for. Happy for the cast though.

I'd urge you to give it another try. I think it's a legitimately great show

 

it has probably the best use of color I have ever seen in television

Truly everything. Absolutely none of it rang true and just seemed completely like style over substance and trying desperately hard to be shocking or seem wise while saying nothing. Especially when the narration went on and on and hammered home every single point. Reminded me of a lot of other movies/shows that do nothing for me. I turned it off when there was an imagine spot about raping a girl and tying her up in the trunk of a car and they showed all of it onscreen for no reason. Incredibly not for me, despite generally being a fan of shows for teens that don’t shy away from hard topics.

 

I wish I could remember a lot of details about it so I could know more what you mean. I saw it awhile ago and just remember liking it a lot

Normally I trust you but there’s no way on this one. I spent the entirety of what I saw rolling my eyes and wishing I was watching anything else. I can’t watch things just for the visuals, and that was the only positive I saw at all.
