I just got Pokémon Sword for Christmas and it’s wild how much fun I’m having when the internet swore this was the worst game ever

 

some of the top posters with triple digit posts in a thread about a movie they hate

 

lol seriously its like they wake up every day like “but first, let me log in to make sure nobody has ::clutches pearls:: enjoyed star wars”

 

As much as I didn't like it, I'm not going to go on and on about it online and tell others that they're wrong for liking it. Because guess what? The target audience obviously loved it. You know, children.

High Hopes is the best one by far it's probably my least favourite Panic song

 

No one’s wrong for liking it. But children’s movies shouldn’t be exempt from criticism. There’s a middle ground here

 

maybe it’s a good thing that rock is dead

 

I also don't think these newer movies are specifically made for children

 

But isn't the kids liking it the whole point? Adults picking apart something that's intended to make children happy is so stupid to me

 

if anything, the target audience for the newer films is people 30-40+ because all they did was nostalgia bait people for 2 full films and then give us TLJ which redeemed some of it.

 

Although I heard adults laughing at the minions trailers so maybe star wars is aimed at adults

 

Star Wars is aimed at every age, that’s one of its defining characteristics.
