My friends and I were on our way to a midnight release of a FF game and we got pulled over for being nerds.

No but really, we got pulled over on our way. They claimed the right turn didn't have a full enough pause at the stop light, but it became clear they were really just looking for this dude who was dating his younger sister and I guess was wanted for something (he'd later die by suicide in jail). They basically ran his plates and just followed us wanting a reason to question him.

Then they topped off that by going, "did one of you used to live in TX?" I said me, and almost said "you had our licenses, you'd fucking know asshole" but just mutely nodded. He was like, "you have a warrant out for your arrest there." I just quietly sat there knowing it was bs since I was all of 6 when my family left. We stared at each other for a moment and then he was like, "nah, just kidding. have a good night everyone." and strutted away.

 

I won't argue with that
