I trust you all, how stressful and upsetting is Uncut Gems? Almost nothing about it is appealing to me except the A24 factor and the hype, and the fact that every immediate reaction seems to be total anxiety is not helping that for me.

 

I'm apparently the only one who wasn't on the edge of my seat anxious, the protagonist being a sociopath upset me though

On Christmas my mom paid for our meal with a visa gift card thing so when we got the check she was like “oh I guess I don’t have to sign cause it’s a gift card” and went to leave and I was like...wait you deff have to sign bc how else do they know what you tipped/that you gave permission for the tip and my brother grabbed the bill and was like uh no here’s the one you’re supposed to sign and leave the tip on
This bitch almost let us walk out without tipping ON CHRISTMAS and even tho it didn’t even happen it still gives me so much anxiety when I think about it

 

it’s one of the most stressful movies i’ve seen in a long time and i loved it for that
