We have an NP in the office who crashes her computer like once a week cause she's too click-happy and when the computer freezes up for a sec she starts clicking things even more thinking that's going to make it magically work

I having a lot of self doubt in myself atm, think I might just skip going to the open mic tomorrow. I'm just not feeling it and I really don't feel comfortable being the last person on the list, it's just way too much pressure for me.

 

Not sure yet. I often get in terrible cycles where I sleep terribly and then I completely fall apart emotionally because of exhaustion and then I sleep for like 12 hours just to get back on any kind of track, but usually those days I feel really sluggish after being asleep for so long. I need to be working but I’ve just been kind of zoning out instead.

Typing it out like that shows me I’m not in as good a place as I might have thought, great.
