Nope. I always hated Anne of Green Gables growing up so I had no interest in the show. Do you like it?

 

I like it so far but I've never read the book. My friend told me the show is different in that they try to show things/history how it really was and not just try to make everything from the white persons perspective. Is that why you didn't like the book? Or do you not like Anne cuz I can see that too lol

 

Honestly it’s been at least 20 years since I read any of it, but I’ve never been into that kind of story or style in general and I hated every character with a passion except for Matthew and that didn’t go well for me. I don’t know if I would hate it as much as an adult but I’ve never cared at all to revisit it.
