I just didn’t know what an elote was lol didn’t think it was a joke

 

To answer for real, buttered corn on the cob is a staple in America, and elote is a particular dish that often/almost always has cheese and mayo on it, so finding a vegan version would be pretty exciting.

 

Usually served with mayo and/or sour cream

 

And cotija cheese
