    Agreed, and I’ve tried. Even their horribly recorded demos have perfectly acceptable lyrics. The worst you’d probably find is a corny pop culture metaphor or something but I’ve always loved all those lines anyway, lol.

    Yeah I like both bands a lot but I don't really see many similarities to them musically, but they should definitely pull in the same target audience

    I’ll never begrudge anyone corny pop culture metaphors/references and I’ve always found the way MCS uses them to be incredibly endearing so it only makes me love them more

    I thought it was good but it didn't have nearly the staying power. I listened to the new one prolly 5x and LLL like 100, haha.

    I originally interpreted "what's up with Will and Grace" to be homophobic, but also I misheard the following lyric as "I don't get down that way" so that didn't help
