Panic and The Maine have def been some of the most rewarding bands to stick with but You Me and Everyone We Know being a band i love as much at almost 30 as i did as a teen is untouchable for me

Damn I loved them

 

I’ve thought about that a lot recently with MCS. They’ve been around for so long and don’t have a ton of horrific old shame lyrics or gross things the band used to say and do on stage. The number of records that hold up from that era is so low compared to the number that make you want to take a shower and go back in time to tell your younger self this isn’t cool.

Had a weird moment the other day when I was reminiscing about the glory days of UK metalcore and found out that one of the members of this band is currently in Slipknot lol

 

Boys Grab Your Guns was all i knew by them but i rocked it regularly

 

UK Metalcore was my shittttttt lol

There were like 10 bands that had some variation of "Ocean" in their name it was hella confusing

 

so many good memories, I only knew that song Sidney or w/e by Halifax but that was a banger along with that first EP or album by HIPV

 

The ocean between us was my shit

 

Phineas and Ferb so close

 

HIPV came back for a hot minute a few years ago and released a 3 song EP and then dipped out again lol
