I just realized that this band is NOT the jam band Goose.

Very interesting stuff. I like Trinidad a good bit. I'll have to listen a little more though as all 3 of these songs are pretty weird and out there, and seeing stuff like it'll be a quintessential rock album doesn't click with me. I can't imagine this being a band or an album for everyone. All 3 songs off the new album are pretty strangely structured and experimental.

Cannot wait. It almost can’t possibly meet the hype I have for it so I’m trying to get my expectations in chrck

It is time (for my Australian VPN Spotify listen that is interspersed with Aussie accent ads)

First listen was good but I didn’t love it quite as much as I thought I would based on the singles. Admittedly wasn’t the most attentive listen though.

  14. Husbands is so good. An early standout for me.

Thought this was incredible on first listen tbh. Lot of it is fuckin bonkers but there’s a good mix of heartfelt songs to break up the chaos. I was enjoying it in the first half but Half Real - Cocaine - Bow Down - Taxes - Long Island City is an insane back half

100 Horses growing on me in context. Was my least favorite of the singles but it works here

  19. 100 Horses has also really grown on me.

Really like this. Impossible to live up to the hype on first listen, but they are a grower band

Having this, Heavy Metal, and 3D Country under your belt at age 23 is insane.

Not sure how Getting Killed stacks up yet but I’m loving it more with each listen. Definitely a sadder, more unsettling album than 3D Country. The Hyden review was spot on in describing how this is the perfect album for right now, as cliche as that sounds
