People were complaining that Phoebe Bridgers smashed a guitar on SNL a few years back. Not serious people

 

"Trinidad" was thee song of 2025 imo and that SNL performance was fucking awesome

Au Pays Du Cocaine on at like four different places I've been this week -- feeling like a moment-in-time defining song to me.

 

It is very good but in this poster’s opinion there are 9-10 even better songs on this record. Don’t start ranking em though this is not a call for that!!

 

It's like smack dab in the middle for me. Surprised "Cobra" isn't the bigger track tbh

 

Cobra is the one for me.

 

“Cobra” is my favorite album track. But I think it needs a little work live. It’s the one song that I found a little disappointing in that setting, especially since every other song elevates.

 

Yeah if forced to pick a favorite it’s Cobra but first three and last two songs on the album all have an argument

 

Cobra is very easily the "hit" song if there is one.

Surprised to hear! On first listen through Cocaine grabbed me - I think it's that opening riff, or something. But I like the whole record, so I could see it from any angle, I guess.

It for sure is on my local college station lol

 

closer is the best song but taxes feels like “the one” to me. but also do does cocaine.

 

cocaine is a definite standout
