Been listening to this harrrrd all week

 

Still love this record in the winter. I have a lot of fond memories with it.

 

Excited for new music next year

 

Was spinning Bloom and Breathe all day yesterday, gonna switch over to this one now.

 

This album is fantastic and I can’t wait for what’s next

 

I stayed some of the night for that and it was really heart-warming and also the songs were quite stunning! Next time we could count on some new tunes maybe, which would be tight!

 

Ethan and a buddy of his from Nebraska's project dropped a track on Bandcamp.

 

I’ve been waiting for that him land album to actually come out for so long. Matt rocks

 

Kevin played a new gates song, which sounded lovely! ;D and did his Jimmy Eat World "Table For Glasses" cover once again, though this time with his wife providing harmonies, which was also so nice! Check it out people! ;D

 

Was gonna say something about how it’s wild that Parallel Lives turned 5 this month, but actually it doesn’t feel that wild at all lol. It definitely feels like we haven’t heard from Gates in at least 5 years. If those shows were happening anywhere near me I’d be going!

 

Give us album details please for the love of fuck, I've needed this band back in my life.

First listen it sounded like they took the Parallel Lives sound and tried interjecting some of their older, more explosive stuff but to me it was kind of a letdown. Will listen again and see if it changes
