or all the parkour moves she practiced hours after having her stomach ripped open. but a couple of bandages probably heal that kind of wound...

Man the awesomeness of some of those theories revolving around Arya's storyline sure made that ending look pretty stupid. But I'm so happy she wasted 2 seasons there.

I don't understand what is happening with some of these storylines. Tommen being a slave to the Faith against Cersei doesn't sit right with me. Also Tyrion is being all kinds of stupid this season and Jaime's character is very confusing at this point.

So we're supposed to believe Arya has evolved into a proper assassin and can move onto the next chapter right after just nearly being offed by her own gross carelessness?

I mean it's a series with dragons, giants, and resurrection.

So what if she got stabbed and then jumped off of a balcony.

It's okay to suspend disbelief here...

I recall in the book Cersei destroying the Tower of the Hand over her paranoia kind of spiraling out of control, I wouldn't be surprised if she destroys the Sept and like everyone in it. Other than that, yeah I'm interested in how the High Sparrow is addressed.

Jamie and Brienne. Oh you two.

So, who's going to die in next week's battle? Having two Starks together makes me fear one will go. Wun Wun is probably a goner. And Brienne won't be there to fight? Lame.

    Please don't die, Tormund.

As long as Tormund, Ser Davos, Jon, and Sansa survive, we're good. But I wouldn't be surprised if both Seaworth and Tormund met their demise. Wun Wun somehow making it out alive would be a nice surprise, but not seeing how he isn't killed.

def: rickon, Ramsay (or if he's imprisoned, he's super executed in ep. 10. or eaten by Ghost), Wun Wun
    Questionable: Tormund
    Def not: Sansa, Jon

    Everyone else: idk

  13. Every single wildling. Yeah, I can see that. Sort of how all of Dany's first Dothraki army thinned out and thinned out until they were all gone.

I think both Jon and Sansa are safe next week.

That means Tormund and Davos are the only character that could die that would actually have emotional impact. Wun Wun is a goner for sure too. Maybe we see Rickon's flayed body.

  15. Rickon is absolutely the least cared about Stark, but that would be brutal just the same.

Seriously. Kill a character who has had 20 seconds of screen time in 4 years and still have the audience cry.

I don't think anyone major dies next week. I think it'll be just Rickon, maybe Ramsay and Sansa. Anyone else just makes no sense for the story.

Hopefully not Sansa, I feel like she's the logical head of house Stark letting Bran do whatever and leaving Jon open to figure out his Targ lineage

Plot twist. Sansa gets an arrow through her head from afar, away from the battle.

Stop all of you with killing off my Wun Wun. Stop it, I say!

Also, watching the scene with Cersei again....it def could be related to Wildfire. Could be the "rumor" she heard is Jaime telling her the Mad King had Wildfire planted all over the city, told Qyburn to find out if there was any under the sept, and he finds out that it's not only under the sept, but literally all over the city.

So she has teh Sept burned, and either 1. Doesn't realize Tommen is inside, or 2. it spirals out of control and kills Tommen somehow?

I've always liked the idea that Cersei plans to torch Kings Landing with caches of wildfire mad king style and Jaime is forced to kill her

The Fight-or-Flight response that occurs in humans and animals would explain Arya being able to have the energy to run away for a relatively short amount of time. It's not that farfetched.

What an excellent episode. I know some people (not necessarily here) have complained about "filler" episodes, but even though there have been a few quiet episodes this season, the character work has been top-notch. This episode was great for the Jamie scenes especially, but also had great Edmure, Brienne, Tyrion, and Hound stuff. Only thing that didn't quite work for me was the Waif chasing Arya, almost entirely because I saw a tweet calling her "Terminator girl" and I couldn't unsee that and the cartoonish stoic, unstoppable nature of her portrayal. But this episode was great. Grey Worm's smile was a high point.

tbh I was joking about Arya's athleticism, I just think the idea of speculating over something inane all week is funny i.e. all the theories surrounding her survival
