You should never be glad you never watched Lost.

I loved Lost, but did avoid that thread for the entire run of the show.

I like theorizing for this show, but it's gotten worse since we've gotten into post-book material.

I loved Lost as well, though I started watching it 4 years after the series finale.

Watched the first two seasons, and I hated it. I really didn't like actors/actress's, but I know I am in the minority. This statement of mine has been met with many "WHAT" and "You're out of your mind" responses so don't crucify me. I know.

It's an acquired taste for sure. I Just saw it on Netflix on day and had nothing else to do, then got hooked and went through the entire series in about 2 weeks.

Lost sucks. Lets not discuss it in this thread. Moving on.

That's almost exactly what I was thinking and posted earlier. Just didn't put the acting troupe part together until someone else mentioned it. I very much think that this is the case.

Except for the fact we see a multi-inched blade going into the middle of her stomach. Unless the Waif was in on the act, I don't see how you could fake that.

The only thing that makes me doubt that theory is just that Jaqen is one of the smartest characters we've seen in the show. I feel like this whole "luring" thing only works if Jaqen is allowing Arya to take out the Waif for whatever reason. If not, it's pretty undermining.

Is he one of the smartest characters? Cause he definitely almost got tricked into killing himself by an eleven year old.

Jaqen is also such a badass. The way he handled those multiple guys for Arya to escape was something we've never seen before. I forgot where she escaped from.

I'd choose him in a trial by combat if that was an option, haha.

Ironically, I'd choose Oberyn. Stannis and Brienne are probably the only better fighters but they're also honorable people.

In hindsight, I'd choose Oberyn as long as he's not fighting the Mountain for obvious reasons....

I don't know if there are rules against "magic" during the trial by combat or not.

That didn't even remotely make him stupid or less wise? He would've kept his word and Arya was being a brat cause she didn't get the answer she wanted so she said his name. Not a knock on his character, ability to fight, brains, or the fact that he has eyes watching all over Braavos in my eyes.

yes, reading about all these arya theories is giving me a headache. her storyline will probably be something basic opposite of what everyone is saying. haha

It feels weird to me that they didn't drive the point across that Jorah is her uncle.

They're cousins. Jeor Mormont is her uncle.

Whoops. My bad. But yeah. It just felt like a good time for them to segue to his character. I never felt like they made much of a deal about his family.

    so much for them! Prestigious

i think with jorah being exiled they probably see him as a shameful stain upon the family name. they didnt seem to have an issue with allying themselves with robb which i assume means they weren't too angry about ned exiling jorah in the first place.
