These episodes have been getting shorter and shorter. This one was probably closer to 45 minutes of actual episode

 

that episode was amazing and i am pissed and intrigued

 

Episode was 54 minutes long including recap... pretty standard HBO.

 

Definitely not. HBO logo popped up at 9:01 and the credits started just after 9:52. Those 3 minutes make a difference

 

Well Arya isn't going to die or they would have ended the episode with that.

 

I want to kill things

 

I watched on HBOGo and looked at the timer as I was syncing with someone. Tense storytelling always seems shorter than actual time.

 

Nah it was for sure short for a GoT episode.

 

Fantastic episode.

That reveal at the beginning was such a yesssssssssss moment.

I can't believe they would paint the brotherhood like that.

If Arya was really going to die like that, oh my God I would have been done!! Lol

 

Yeah I wonder what's going on with the Brotherhood. They definitely weren't the type to murder a bunch of poor people back in Season 3. WTF? Gotta be something going on there...

 

I mean, that's who the Brotherhood became under LS...

 

Oh my god I thought Arya was dead when she was getting stabbed.

Gendry is gonna row his buff ass arms into Bravos and save the day.

 

Loved tonight's episode, so much good stuff. LYANNA FUCKING MORMONT.

Also, for those complaining about the episode lengths, 609 is going to be a full 60 minutes and 610 is going to be their longest episode ever.

 

lol yeah so much stuff happened that I almost forgot...Lyanna Mormont is savage. New favorite minor character. I hope she survives the wars to come

 

Those were specifically targeted groups though.

 

I already mentioned it, but Queen of Thorns taking down Cersei is a series highlight.

 

The fact that Ian McShane didn't say cocksucker even once was disappointing.

 

I could watch QoT and Cersei throw verbal jabs back and forth at each other for a whole episode.

I don't know who that guy was who was the leader talking to the Hound the whole episode, but I'm kinda ticked how predictable him dying was. Its the same way I felt after the awesome wildling chief got killed by the kids at hardhome. You have an opportunity to introduce an intriguing new character with an interesting backstory, and kill them off in one episode.

Outside of that annoyance, I enjoyed the episode more than last week's.
