When Sansa was like, fuck this we want to be free and independent, did none of the other Lord’s think hey we want to be free too?
I kind of can’t believe how wack this is. It feels like the finale to an entirely different show. It’s so safe! Everything happened and everyone agreed to solutions so easily and quickly! I can’t believe they killed Danearys in like the first 20 minutes then pretended like she never existed or wasn’t an essential driving force and distillation of the series many theses for so much of the entire series.
I didn’t hate it but I wish they went in a different direction. Oh well. Still a show I enjoyed for years and years Bravo to the wizards that leaked the fucking plot of the show over a year ago.
The only wins. The rest was a mess. Hey y’all we demand John be punished for killing Dany but also we’re gonna peace out and totally trust y’all to enforce that, especially since the king is his brother now and his sister rules the north
Yep, and the choices made to get them there made me not even give a shit that they ended up in logical/good places.
Already seeing the “George must hate this ending” tweets LOL You know that mf was like BRAN THE BROKEN BITCHES
It was never about the destination, it was about all the friends we made along the way. Oh and watching a ton of people get violently murdered.
Ser Podrick of the Kingsguard! Jon pets Ghost! Bronn being a pain in the ass on the small council! THE QUEEN IN THE NORTH! So many things
I think the phrase “Bran the Broken” was where I 100% noped out and stopped caring about what came next.
And it seemed so fucking outlandish that everyone wrote it off until Episode 3. And then they were like “wait....” but people still tried to convince themselves it was wrong
Bronn being there at all after what he did was...... something. But of course I’ve been over that dude for seasons.
Tyrion council scene made me smile at least. The whiplash of Dany and Grey Worm becoming super villains in one episode though is insane.
