Exactly...more time to sell it, having varys’ betrayal happening in secret a little longer, etc., would go a long way in dampening some of the angry people, but wE oNlY nEeD sIx EpIsOdEs To EnD iT They did a good job with the little time they had though. Jaime make sense but it’s just so disappointing lol. It’s not what I wanted for his end...and def same for Cersei. I wanted SOMEONE to have the satisfaction of killing her.
CleganeBowl should’ve happened in that courtyard with the Westeros map. Or at least started there and then leading to a cliff for the ending
I will say at least in the books, they talk up dragons as being as smart as humans. Drogon learning from his brothers
This definitely seems to confirm the fan theory that George said stuff like, “Dany goes mad,” and, “Jaime can’t give up his devotion to Cersei,” a few years back and D&D went RUH ROH and completely scrambled. Does not explain at all why they wanted to rush the last two seasons to get there of course, but if the books ever come out I’m assuming the skeleton will be the same but make way more sense.
I mean for the show at least they could say he has more experience since his ass was off flying around and doing whatever.
I don’t think so...I think she was sitting there mulling over in her head what she wanted to do, and she clearly wanted to go the fear route, and thought she was gonna get the chance to, then the bells rang...and she said nah fuck that shit.
The mad queen stuff still wasn't earned. I mean you if you feel it was great, but her burning everyone and her own army was so rushed for a conclusion they didn't earn to me, it really felt disappointing. It could be a logical conclusion to this whole story but the build up wasn't there in the show.
Yeah the bells did not “drive her insane”, she snapped in that moment and decided she didn’t want to show mercy. Fear is all she has.
