Was it in the book that Kevan wanted Cersei to take another husband move back to Casterly Rock or am I remembering that incorrectly?
I get the feeling we aren't going to have any huge WTF deaths for a while on this show. Just the little ones like Osha and Olly. For the most part the characters that are left deserve to make it to the last season. If they've been a main character this long gotta think it's for a reason. That being said I could see Brienne getting the axe soon. In a lot of ways she has completed her purpose. Maybe she goes out heroically taking Winterfell back for the Starks.
I may not be as emotionally attached to Brienne as say the Stark girls, but I'd be utterly devastated if she dies.
I don't see Jorah, Littlefinger, or Jaime making it to the end. Jorah I think is a safe bet to be gone by the end of this season, as much as I will absolutely loathe it.
I could actually see Jorah surviving the series. He'll be that tragic hero that everyone thinks is going to die, including himself, but somehow he makes it all the way to the end to see Dany conquer the world.
Kevan is such a whimp on the show. Not the same Lannister from the books putting Cersei in her place.
Yeah I don't have a good feeling about Jaime for some reason. Not sure if he'll be gone this season or not mind.
Definitely don't see Littlefinger dying. If anything Littlefinger and Varys will probably be the last men standing.
Jon and Giantsbane is my new favorite bro pair. I love how Giantsbane leaned forward attentively while Jon was reading the letter. His thoughts: "what's this little shit saying about your family and mine??"
must not click.... speaking of potential spoilers, Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner among others played 'Two Truths and a Lie' with Yahoo about plot points in the remaining episodes. So apparently two of each of these are true and one is false. Turner: 1. “Ramsay dies.” 2. “Lady Stoneheart returns.” 3. “Arya checks three people off her list.” Williams: 1. “Arya goes to Westeros, back over the sea.” 2. “Arya is in the trailer more times than people have realized, because they don’t realize it’s her.” 3. “Arya doesn’t cross any more names off her list.”
It was so nice to see Sansa smile this week. Really enjoying her character now more than i ever did while reading.
If two of the things Turner said come true than that's pretty huge. I guess it depends who is on the list now.
The director for the last couple episodes did a Reddit AMA, and he confirmed that the sword Author Dayne puts in the ground befor ethe fight is supposed to be Dawn. Wish they kinda woulda made that obvious during the scene, though.
